Contruction of CamSur SP Website goes full throttle
PILI, CAMSUR. The website of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan “SP” of the Province of Camarines Sur under the leadership of Vice Gov. Fortunato Peña has now reached its final phase of construction as its team of IT experts are currently working overtime to beat the deadline that the vice governor has imposed for the final uploading of the site’s major components.
The website will showcase full and updated accounts of the undertakings of the legislative body, as well as news and other activities that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur has launched since it has officially convened earlier this month. Passed ordinances will be posted in the website to serve as reference of the public, including links to public service offices of the SP which shall serve as its bridge to the public. Personal profiles of the members of the Sanggunian are also included in the site.
This project, launched to bring the government closer to the people, has been conceptualized by Vice Gov. Peña to deliver more accessible service to the constituency and to institutionalize transparency and people’s participation in law-making, as well as in other civic endeavors of the August body.
The website is expected to go online earlier than the 100 days, as previously announced by the innovative vice governor of the province and forms part of the long line of modernization programs of Vice Gov. Fortunato “Ato” Peña under his advocacy of providing Christian innovative leadership to bolster the unprecedented progress and development that Gov. LRay Villafuerte has paved for the constituents of the Province of Camarines Sur. –andujar.sasmedia/mmec/
