Today marks the opening of the third event of the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) celebration, organized by the Province of Camarines Sur. This 3-day Tactical Emergency Casualty Care and Tactical Combat Casualty Care Training brings together both local and international TacMed instructors to enhance the skills of our responders.

The training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to manage trauma patients in high-threat environments, especially during human-induced situations, to prevent the loss of civilian lives.
