“Maluya po talaga an signal digdi, kaya ’pag may mga online class, minsan dae po kami nakaka-attend. Dae tulos kami nakaka-update sa mga teachers mi. Kaya maray po talaga ining proyekto na makakatabang sa mga kabataan,” shared Kyle Marco Callizar, an incoming college student from Barangay Sampaloc, Gainza.

Callizar is among the many residents of Gainza who can now benefit from internet access, as the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, through its Information, Communication, Archives and Records Management Office (ICARMO), has recently installed Starlink Satellite Technology in the barangays of Sampaloc, Malbong, Dahilig, Loob, Cagbunga, and Namuat.
