The Provincial Planning and Development Office in partnership with the Provincial Statistics Committee, successfully held a 2-day Basic Statistics and Technical Writing Training among technical staff of various PLGU offices on May 31, 2025 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall, Capitol Complex. 📊📝
This capacity-building initiative aimed to enhance the data literacy and proficiency of government employees, ultimately improving data quality, public service, and policy development. Specifically, the training will help the participants to properly handle plan formulation, report preparation and documentation, and other related technical works. 
Topics covered during the training include basic concepts in statistics, methods of data collection, descriptive statistics, and methods of presenting data, among others. 👨🏻‍💻💡
