DESIGNER: Louis Pangilinan

Inspired by the theme, Goddess of Happiness and Joy, this festival costume is made of Gold and White Silk Fabric to emphasize the wealth that the color of happiness and joy brings. The concept behind the butterfly design is that butterflies are often associated with freedom, hope, and prosperity, which bring us happiness and joy. Both the backdrop and the design of the actual costume are accentuated with an estimated number of 4,000 Swarovski Stones. Matching lights are also attached to both the head and back of the costume dress.
