The Province of CamSur is once again conferred the Beyond Compliant award during the 24th Gawad KALASAG National Awarding Ceremony, the highest recognition for excellence in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Humanitarian Assistance for the Local DRRM Councils and Offices. We are also the sole province in the entire Bicol Region to have been bestowed the Best Government Emergency Management and Response Teams Advance Local GEMS.
