Arts and culture are the soul of any place.

A province will not truly prosper without nurturing its creative spirit.

Let’s start with the youth — develop their talents, promote their skills, and expose them early to the richness of arts and culture. Dancing, for example, is more than movement — it’s an expression of one’s soul. It’s art in motion.

When we invest in creativity, we build identity, pride, and progress.
