Team Camsur Capitol leads a sports clinic among young basketball enthusiasts in the province 🏀⛹️

The Team Capitol of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur conducted a sports clinic among basketball enthusiasts and athletes as young as 6 years old in different municipalities and barangays of CamSur. Basketball enthusiasts and athletes as young as 6 years old are flocking to the free training in hopes of learning from the skilled and experienced basketball players of Team Capitol. 👏
The Team Capitol conducts a sports clinic every year not only to help the youth of CamSur develop their skills and passion for basketball but also the proper attitude and character. Each member of the team ensures that every one of the participants receives individual attention as they closely coach and train them in proper warm-up, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork. 💪

Ang programa for pregnant mothers ay Meron libreng check up , libreng ultrasound at blood test pag kailangan , libreng vitamins , libreng gatas ( ANMUM maternal pregnancy milk ) dahil kami naniniwala na pag Malusog at Inalagaan natin ang mga nanay na buntis ay magiging malusog at healthy din ang mga baby nila at lalaki din sila na malusog at hinde sakitin! CamSur responders navigate an 8.7km distance during this year's Rescue MARH WASAR Lake Buhi Challenge 🚣‍♀️🛟

The day started bright and early for CamSur PDRRMC and MDRRMC members when they took on the Rescue MARCH WASAR Lake Buhi Challenge as part of the National Disaster Risk Month celebration of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur.
Eli Mujar of the SAR Unit of MDRRMC Libmanan recounted his experience during the challenge, "Ang challenging part po, pagpuon po subagong aga yung pag rubber boat carry kasi downhill po kita pababa."
To test their endurance and skill, the participants had to portgage their rescue boats a good distance before navigating the clear waters of Lake Buhi. While the challenge was still a competition among the teams, the participants did not consider each other as rivals but as one team aiming for one goal and that is to ready themselves in water search and rescue to better serve the people of CamSur. ✊❤️
"[Sa] satuya pong gwapong gobernandor, salamat po sa arog kaini sa pagsuporta. Dakulaon pong tabang sa bilog na CamSur. Sana po padagos-dagos ining gibuhon para mas lalo pa kaming [maging] resilients," added Mujar, thanking Gov Luigi Villafuerte for his support in initiatives concerning disaster preparedness.
