Naging espesyal na araw ng kaarawan ng ating mahal na Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., siya mismo ang nagbigay ng pinakadakilang regalo—ang pag-asa, kagalakan, at tulong para sa ating mga kababayan.

Dito sa Camarines Sur, mahigit 4,000 benepisyaryo ang nakatanggap ng farm equipment, financial at livelihood assistance, land titles, TESDA kits, sewing machines, tablets, at marami pang iba.

Isang tunay na makabuluhang araw na nagbigay saya at pag-asa sa ating mga kababayan. Maraming salamat, Pangulo, sa walang sawang malasakit at pagtutok sa kapakanan ng bawat Pilipino.

Sa tuwing may mahal tayong naoospital, hindi lang emosyon ang sinusubok pati na rin ang ating lakas at kakayahang tustusan ang kanilang paggaling. Sa gitna ng pag-aalala at pagod, bigat pa ng gastusin ang madalas na sumusubok sa pamilya.

Kaya naman, para maibsan ang ganitong pasanin, tuloy-tuloy ang pagpapalakas nina Governor Lray Villafuerte, Congressman Luigi Villafuerte, at Congressman Migz Villafuerte sa Ka Fuerte Medical Assistance Program na naglalayong maghatid ng kaginhawaan at pag-asa sa bawat Camarinense.

Dumarami na ang mga #KwentongKaFuerte kagaya ng kwento nila Mary Jean Cahayag at Regina Sayson, mga kwento ng pag-asa at pasasalamat mula sa mga pamilyang natulungan ng programa. Patuloy po kayong umaasa na laging bukas ang aming opisina para magbigay ng tunay na malasakit at tulong medikal.

Dayupot na pagkamoot para sa saiyang agom—ini an pinahiling ni Joseph Paloyapoy kan Brgy. San Vicente, Canaman, Camarines Sur kan siya magdulok asin maghagad tabang sa Ka Fuerte Medical Assistance Program para sa saiyang agom na naoperahan huli sa gallstone. Nag-abot sa kantidad P100,600 an saiyang nakuang tabang sa programa.

“Maraming-maraming salamat po dakulaon pong tabang ini itinao nindo samuya para sa agom ko pong naoperahan [dahil] sa gallstone para lang po maka-survive. Salamat sa Dios po ta natawan po kaming tabang. Maraming salamat po sa Ka Fuerte. Ini an pinaka maray na pagtabang samo, sa itinao ngunyan,” emosyonal na sabi ni Joseph.

Dipisil talagang maray an magkahelang asin maospital. Minsan mayong pambayad an satuyang mga kahimanwa sa saindang hospital bills huli man sa sobrang tios sa buhay. Kaya yaon pirmi an mga programa ninda Governor Lray Villafuerte, Congressman Luigi Villafuerte, asin Congressman Migz Villafuerte na nagtatabang sa lambang saro. Padagos po an satuyang pagtao nin tabang para sa gabos na nangangaipuhan.

I fully support the ongoing investigations on anomalous flood control projects recently highlighted by our President and further exposed in the Senate and Congress. Those involved in corruption must be held accountable and face the full force of the law.

But while these investigations are ongoing, let us also not forget the good side—flood control projects that truly protect and benefit our people.

Just like here in Barangay Palangon, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, where this flood mitigation project has given families safety, security, and peace of mind. Hindi lang ito proyekto—ito ay proteksyon para sa tahanan, kabuhayan, at kinabukasan ng ating mga kababayan.

I encourage our barangay and municipal officials, and the communities themselves, to share their stories and voices on how these projects have helped them. Together, let’s show that when done properly and honestly, flood control projects are not a burden—but a lifeline.
